ȯ Seeds germinate and that is what helps in reproduction in plants. Some seeds do not germinate due to lack of favorable conditions such as high moisture content. In this case, since the seeds do not germinate, no reproduction takes place. Thus reproduction takes place only when germination of seeds takes place.
