Seema can do the work in 16 days

⇒ 1 day = 1/16 of the work

Find the amount of work Reema can do in a day:

20% of 1/16 = 20/100 x 1/16 = 1/80

Amount of work done in a day = 1/16 - 1/80 = 1/20

Find the number of days Reema needed:

1/20 of the work = 1 day

20/20 of the work = 1 x 20 = 20 days

Answer: Reema needs 10 days
