Answer:

there are 200 notes of ₹500 notes, there are 300 notes of ₹100 notes and there are 400 notes of ₹50 notes

Step-by-step explanation:

(Let the ratio be 2x , 3x and 4x )

no. of ₹500 notes = 2x

no. of ₹50 notes = 4x

no. of ₹100 notes = 3x

Now,

  •         500(2x) + 100(3x) + 50(4x) = ₹150000
  •                 1000x + 300x + 200x=₹150000
  •                                           1500x=₹150000
  •                                                   x=\frac{150000}{1500}
  •                                                   x=100

So,

      2x = 2 x 100 = 200

      3x = 3 x 100 = 300

      4x = 4 x 100 = 400
