Amount Earned   after Deduction of commission   = y

Amount earned per km = Rs 10

Amount earned for x km = 10x

Amount earned after Deduction of commission = 10x/2 = 5x

=> y = 1000

=> 5x = 1000

=> x = 200 km

200 km has to be driven

if commission and other charges are negligible

then y = 10 x

=> 1000 = 10x

=> x = 100 km has to be driven
