     seema's age = x+9
in 10 years seema's age will be twice beena's age
      x+9+10 = 2x
               19 = 2x-x

                x  =  19
therefore beena is 19 and 
                seema is 19+9=28

Let Seema's present age be S

Let Beena's present age be B

According to the question,

S = 9 + B ....(1)

S + 10 = 2( B - 10 )

S + 10 = 2B - 20

S = 2B - 30 ....(2)

Using equations (1) and (2), we have

B + 9 = 2B - 30

B = 39

S = 9 + B = 9 + 39 = 48

Therefore,

Present age of Seema = 48 years

Present age of Beena = 39 years
