=> 1 / 12 of wall was painted white

=> 2 / 15 of wall was painted grey and remaining blue.

=> 1 / 12 + 2 / 15 + x = 1

=> 0.08 + 0.13 + x = 1

=> 0.21 + x = 1

=> x = 1 - 0.21 = 0.79

Hence 79 / 100 of the wall was painted blue in colour.
