Here, Seema dissolved sugar by boiling and when cooled she observed the crystals of sugar ,this shows that she had dissolved sugar beyond saturation point by increasing the temperature i.e, the solution has become supersaturated. This solution when left at room temperature can cause crystallization of excess sugar present than the saturation point.This is what she observed as deposits.
