Given :

Length of the 1st line Seetha draws = \frac{21}{6} units

To Find :

Length of 2nd line = ?

Solution :

Let the length of 2nd line be x.

Since it is given that length of 2nd line is \frac{42}{6} units more that the 1st line .

So, we can write the relating equation as :

x = \frac{21}{6} +(\frac{42}{6} \times \frac{21}{6})

Or, x = \frac{21}{6} + ( \frac{882}{36})=  \frac{147 + 21}{6}=  \frac{168}{6} = 28

So, the length of 2nd line is 28 units .
