East : Assam is a great example of eastern India.

The peoples lives in Assam are called Assamese.

They wear many clothes like gamusa, dhoti, sador. The men of Assam specialy wear dhoti, gamusa, a kurta make from mooga or ari leta etc. and women wear sador - mekhela, gaam khaaru, etc.

They mainly eat veg or non veg. Such as, pork, khar, etc. They also have an own alcohol drink called aapong. The ahoms called it lau pani or locals as haash.There food are very unique and ordinary.

The most famous dance of Assam is Bihu. There also have some tribical dances of Assam, e.g., Jhumur, bagrumba etc.

The main festival of Assam is Bihu. The bihu is celebrate 3 times in a year in Assam. There also have some janajatiya utsav in Assam.

Assam is a very beautiful of India. The culture of the state is very amazing.
