Given points are collinear

area of triangle is zero

Area of triangle :-

 \tt  \bf\left|\dfrac{x_1(y_2 - y_3) + x_2(y_3 - y_1) + x_3(y_1- y_2)}{2}\right|

 :  \implies \tt  \left|  \dfrac{1(0 - b) + 0(b - 2) + a(2 - 0)}{2} \right|= 0

:  \implies \tt    \dfrac{ - b + 2a}{2}  = 0

:  \implies \tt  2a - b = 0

:  \implies \tt  2a = b
