The animal chosen is 'RABBIT' for further discussion.

1. Name of the animal: Rabbit

2. Place where it lives in: Meadows, forests, grasslands, deserts and wetlands.

3. How it builds it's place: Make burrows or rabbit holes. A group of such burrows is called a warren.

4. Way of collecting food: Grazing on grass, herbs and other small leafy plants.

5. External characters:

  • Well-developed big ears for sensing predators
  • Strong, large and muscular hind limbs for maximum acceleration.

6: Expressions: Their ears and legs (hind) are the best indicators.

  • Ears: Erect and facing forward indicates non-aggression; turned backwards shows aggression.
  • Legs: Flicking its back feet shows irritation; thumping its hind legs during a fight indicates anger.

7.Group behavior:

  • They typically live in groups.
  • Each group has up to three bucks (males) and five does (females).
  • They mark its own territory.
  • The dominant male will be keeping watch over his territory and boundary disputes are common.
  • The lower-ranking ones in the group tend to move away when he comes closer.
  • Females fight with each other for breeding locations.
