It is a health condition where in the first 8years of our life, we are exposed to a lot of fluorine. It is the time in which most of permanent teeths are formed. Then the teeth becomes discolored which can be seen by a dentist. the tooth may be stained yellow to brown and the surface is discolored and became uneven.
