Topic - Human Health 
It is in the nature of human beings to be Lazy and so, in this modern era, we waste away the hours that we spend on mobile phones and television instead of thinking about yourself and adhering to your own needs at least...
It is well said that 
"God will only help those who help themselves"
And, to stay fit, one needs to be fit not only Physically but also, mentally, emotionally and spiritually and for this, we need to create an immediate plan of action as our body is like that of a BMW bought by a middle class man. He will wash his car daily and take care of it with all his heart and sometimes even talk to his own car. Similarly, we need to take care of our body by Meditating daily for at least 10 minutes before we sleep and 10 minutes after we wake up which includes imagining yourself to be achieving whatever you need. This particular tip is based on the Law of Attraction and the fact that our subconscious is at its peak at these particular time periods. Then comes the Emotional need. For this, one needs to constantly remind them self that they are a peaceful soul and that nothing has ever gone right when you were thinking while you were angry and that you actions have always yielded a bad result. For Mental fitness, you need to indulge in activities like solving Sudoku or acquisition of a skill like dancing, fixing motorbikes, painting et cetera. For Physical fitness one needs to do yoga daily and walk for atleast 3-5 Kilometers everyday without fail.
