Hey\:There

sin ( 45° – θ )

= sin 45° – sin θ

= 1 / √2 – sin θ

= ( 1 – √2 sin θ ) / √2

As we know,
sin 45° = cos 45° i.e., 1 / √2

= ( cos θ – √2 sin θ ) / √2

= 1 / √2 ( cos θ – sin θ )

So, answer is (D) 1 / √2 ( cos θ – sin θ )
