Concept:

Linear Equation is a equation which contains one or more variables and whose each term has maximum degree 1

example, 3x+y=8

Given:

3n+18

Find:

The equations equivalent to 3n+18

Solution:

3(n+6)=3n+18

So let us check the options:

3n+6≠3n+18

So option a is wrong

3n+18=3n+18

So option  b is correct

2n+2+n+4=3n+6≠3n+18

so option c is correct

2(n+6)+(n+6)=3n+18

Soo option d is correct

2(n+6)+n=3n+12≠3n+18

So option e is wrong

Therefore, option b and d is correct
