so, here the electrophiles means electron deficient species, which can accept a pair of electrons from electro rich species, eg includes carbocations and carbonyl compound.

so here the ans is, H+, AlCl3, SO3, CH3CH2+, :CCl2, R-x......etc

Na+ion does not act as an electrophile even though it has an +ve charge.The reason being that it has already an octect of electrons in the valence shell.further Na+ cannot expand it's valence shell beyond 8 electrons, since it does not have d-orbitals.....
