Tissue fluid also known as interstitial fluid contains oxygen(O2),carbon dioxide (CO2),proteins,water and glucose in less amount when compared to blood.This is due to it's composition.It does not contain huge amount of oxygen as it doesn't have any cells in it.It contains water solvent which contains sugars,salts,fatty acids,co enzymes, hormones,neuro transmitters etc.All the constitutients of blood manage to escape from blood capillaries and forms tissue fluid but the constitutients of blood such as RBC, platelets are not carried out by tissue fluid as they are too large and cannot be pushed through the gaps.That is why tissue fluid does not contain any cells.
