selecting a topic,write how would you initiate guided/controlled writing of students about that topic.

Suppose I want my students to write on Swach Bharat, I would first extract information from my students about cleanliness, would write important points on the board.  Show videos of the places which are clean, ask them to jot down what they are seeing.  Give inputs on how a country can be kept clean.  After teaching the format such as, “introduction, expansion and conclusion”, would ask them to write on the same.
