Step 1: Break the sentence in the first part of the message into short sentences by removing the conjunction 'and' between clauses.
Step 2: Replace the colon (:) and stroke (-).
Step 3: See that you put full stop at the end of each sentence, and begin the next sentence with a capital letter.
Step 4: After making short sentences, check that there is one verb (main verb or main verb with helping/auxiliary verb or linking verb) in each clause or sentence.
Step 5 : Check that your sentences are on active voice rather than passive voice as much as possible. This is not mandatory.
Step 6 : Check that the tenses of your verb in the sentences are in one form - either present or past or future. Also, that they are in either simple form or continuous form or participle form. Don't mix the tenses from sentence to sentence unless you absolutely have to.
