If you are really serious about JEE preparation then I would like to suggest you not to follow any specific time. instead you should take your studies as hobby and study whenever you some aspirants study for 8-9 hours a day apart from schooling.and some study 3-4 hours a day.Some students tend to follow others and try to study more in a day and end up messing up things.Studying 3 hours with full concentration is a way better than sitting on a table and chair for 10 hours.
