A second misdeed or mistake does not cancel the first, as in Don't take his ball just because he took yours—two wrongs do not make a right. This proverbial adage sounds ancient but was first recorded in 1783, as Threewrongs will not make one right.

heya ....My aunt believes that two wrongs don’t make a right so she has been silently accepting the ill treatment from her mother in law. But in my opinion what she is doing is still not right.~@lice ..it will help u buddy ^_^
