• 500 gm. fresh strawberries Icing sugar
• Juice of 2 oranges
• Whipped cream
• 2 teaspoon grated orange rind
METHOD:
. Wash and cut the stems of the strawberries.
• Toss them with the orange juice and grated orange rind.
• Sprinkle icing sugar and toss again.
• Put them in the freezer to chill for an hour or so.
• Serve in individual glass bowls.
• Topit with whipped cream.
