To separate H2O2 into H2 and O2 is as follows
Firstly Hydrogen peroxide is thermodynamically unstable and decomposes to form water and oxygen.
The rate of decomposition increases with rise in temperature, concentration, and pH, with cool, dilute, acidic solutions showing the best stability. Decomposition is catalysed by various compounds, including most transition metals and their compounds (e.g. manganese dioxide (MnO2), silver, and platinum).
Then you can separate the water formed from above reaction by electrolysis (or any method you prefer) into hydrogen and oxygen.
Thus at end you get hydrogen and oxygen gases from hydrogen peroxide.
