Hi friend,

The answer is CELL MEMBRANE or PLASMA MEMBRANE.

It is membrane which separates the interior contents of cell by external environment.

Plasma membrane is also called as semi-permeable memberane.

The membrane is made by lipids and proteins.

This memberane also selected materials to enter or exit. Therefore its known as selectively permeable membrane.

Some substances like CO2, oxygen can mover through this membrane by phenomenon of diffusion and substances like water move through the membrane by phenomenon of osmosis.

These substances move from higher concentration to lower concentration.

Hope it helps....!!!!
