Explanation = In Federal Set up of India, Judiciary is totally Separated from the Executive and Legislature.
There are various Methods in the constitution by which it is separated.
Some of them are =
@ - Salary given to them is not account to vote in the Parliament.
@- There can be no discussion in the Parliament related to the Judge, or his/her account related to any dispute.Only in case of Impeachment, Consideration is taken.
@ The Appointment of the Judge is done by neither minister nor Parliament. It is done by the President which does not Represent Politics.
There is a need of Independent Judiciary. Some of the needs are,
1) To safeguard the dignity of the Judges.
2) To provide independent and impartial Judgement.
