Centrifugation is the process used to separation of cream from milk. So, the milk is put in a closed container which is a centrifuge machine. Now the switch is on and the milk rotates at a very high speed and separates the cream from the milk. Cream being lighter floats on the surface of this milk and then its removed. This milk is skimmed milk which doesn't contain the cream.And...yeah the process used for separation of this is also used to squeeze water from wet clothes in a washing machine..

We have many methods to separate them:-
1-A cream seperator
2-A TURKEY BASTER
3-Centrifugation
From above the centrifugation is the best:-
In this process, milk is put in a container i.e centrifuge machine. Then when machine is switched on then milk starts rotating. Then after sometime the cream and milk got separated from milk.As cream is lighter then it comes upward and milk remains at down then we can separate cream from milk.
