→It is composed of areolar connective tissue and simple squamous epithelium.
→Some parts of the gut is lined with tunica adventitia.
→In stomach, it is made up of simple squamous epithelium,fats and lymph tissue which is combinely called as Ommentum.
→The Serosa of the uterus is called as perimetrium.
→Serosa layer also secretes serum.
