Solution :-

Number of relations from set A to B is the set of all

the subset of cartesian product of set A and B.

n(R) = n( A × B )

Number of elements in the cartesian product of set A and B is given by mn where m and n are the number of elements in set A and B respectively.

So n ( A × B ) = 2 × 3 = 6

The number of subset of a set is given by 2^k where k is the number of elements of the set.

So, the n ( R ) = 2^6 = 64.

Hence the number of relations from set A to B are 64.
