So

 \sf{} \mathbb{Z} =  \{ \:  0,  \pm \: 1,  \pm \: 2,  \pm \: 3,  \pm \: 4,  \pm \: 5,  \pm 6,......... \}

Now the integers lies between - 3 & 3 are
