For one square bed, side = 2m.
Area = side x side
= 2x2 = 4cm^2.
Area of 7 square beds = 4x7=28cm^2.
For the rectangular land,
length = 8 m.
breadth = 5 m
Area = L X B
= 8x5
= 40cm^2
Area of remaining part of land = Area of rectangular field - Area
of 7 square beds.
= 40-28
= 12cm^2
