Answer:

12

Step-by-step explanation:

let the no. in tens digit be x

therefore no. in ones digit 3-x

And the no.=10x + 3-x

According to the question,

7 ( 10x + 3-x ) = 4 ( 10 ( 3-x ) + x)

70x +21 - 7x = 4 ( 30 - 10x + x)

70x +21 - 7x = 4 ( 30 - 9x )

63x + 21 = 120 - 36x

63x + 21 = 120 - 21

99x = 99

x = 99/99

x = 1

The digit in ones place is 3-x = 2

The digit in tens place is x = 1

The no. = 12
