ones digit be x
ten digit be x-3
original no =10 (x-3) +x
=10x-30+x
=11x-30
then
seven times of it =7 (11x-30)
=77x-210
reversed no =10x+x-3
=11x-3
4times it =4 (11x-3)
=44x-12
it is mentioned that both of these are equal

77x-210 = 44x-12
77x-44x = 210-12
33x = 198
x =198÷33
x =6
original no =11x-30
=11×6-30
=66-30
=36
