A feud occurs when our wishes and choices collide with the wishes and opinions of our parents. This might occur in various cases. For example, a verbal clash might occur when our parents perceive us in a different way to how we perceive ourselves.

On the other hand, there might be times when there might be no variation in opinions  as a person might be neat and tidy in regular life and his mother/father might be under the same confidence that they will always keep up a good appearance and stay presentable.

Another very important thing is being courteous. There are mainly children who are courteous with all elders as their parents them to be. All parents want their kids to express themselves freely and make decisions right. They might or might not be able to grow themselves, study themselves and get better everyday.
