Sexual reproduction brings marked variation in the offsprings while asexual reproduction does not. why?

Because in sexual reproduction two gamets are involve...male gamet and female gamet..both male and female have different character which is present in the DNA of both male and female..and the offspring so formed after sexual reproduction have some variation due to different parents involve in sexual reproduction which leads to the noticiable change...but in case of asexual reproduction only one parent is involve so there is no change or variation in their offspring..because offspring is formed from only one parent..which lead no variation...
