The electron arrangement in SF4 is trigonal bipiramidal. It has 4 bond pair and one lone pair.Due to repulsions the lone pair try to occupy the equiorial position. The bond angle will be less 120 degree in equitorial plane and less than 90 in axial plane. So it has SeeSaw shape.
