Electric bell is a kind of circuit in which when the current flows the coiled metal starts acting like a magnet and due to this a metal gong attached parrallel to the magnet strucks it and as soon as it struck the metal, the curcuit breaks, so everything return to its default position. the process keep repeating until and unless stopped, resulting in regular sound. the device is hence called 'Electric Bell'.
