The area of the remaining chart paper will be =

Area of initial chart paper - area of cut piece.

=(60×80)-(20×15)

=4800-300

 = 4500 \:  \:  {cm}^{2}
Now, for perimeter we will add all the sides of the remaining chart paper.

Now as we cut a piece of 20 by 15 cm we get a shape as given in the picture.Add all the sides. We get perimeter =

60+80+(80-20)+15+20+(60-15)
=280 cm

Hope it helps ❤
