Shah jahan was one of the Mughal emperor and is known for it's architectural achievements .He was the one whose era considered to the golden era for the architecture because of the monuments he commissioned.
One of the best monument is the Taj mahal located in the agra. Also the red fort of the delhi was constructed by him.  Jama masjid  of delhi also constructed by him . These are the greater heritage of today's india and considered one of the great monuments and are known worldwide so there also need to preserve the,.
