Given:
Circle diameter = 1 1/4 cm
Aluminum strip = 8 3/4 cm by 1 1/4 cm

Area of Aluminum strip = 35/4 cm * 5/4 cm = 35*5 / 4*4 = 175/16 cm²

Area of circle = 3.14 * (5/4cm)² = 3.14 * 25/16 cm² = 78.5/16 cm²

175/16 cm² ÷ 78.5/16 cm² = 175/16 * 16/78.5 = 175/78.5 = 2 18/78.5

Shalini can cut 2 full circles.
