Shan has two paper stripes a blue stripe of length 45 cm and a red one of length of 99cm.For her project, she needs to divide these stripes into smaller pieces of equal length. Also, no paper should be left over. what can be the maximum length of each smaller piece?

If size of the pieces of each colour has to be the same, answer is 9cm ( 5 pieces of blue, 11 pieces of red) HCF
If number of pieces has to be the same in each strip.. 9 pieces of each ( again HCF).. 5 cm size in blue, 11 cm size of red
