Given :  Shane wants to plant 36 marigold plants and 180 rose plants in his garden.

To Find :  the greatest number of rows possible if each row has the same number of marigold plants and the same number of rose plants.

Solution:

Marigold Plant  = 36

Rose plant   =  180

To Find  maximum number of row we need to find HCF

180 = 36 * 5

HCF  =  36

Hence maximum 36 rows

marigold plants  1 in each row and rose plant 5 in Each row
