 Mend and verify circuits better than any other interns

Shantanu‟s Achievements

 His manager rewarded him for his innovation

Shantanu, once got a call from Ms.Sheela informing him about the urgent opening for

project trainee and seeking if Shantanu would be interested to take up the role with

better pay scale. Shantanu replied Ms.Sheela that we would reply back after speaking

with his Current Manager, in case if they would not be hiring him, he would revert back.

Shantanu had word with Mr.Ravi Sharma (his manager) about the proposed vacancy

from Ms.Sheela. Mr.Ravi Sharma, after consulting with Mr. Shyam Kumar replied within 2

days, that Shantanu‟s performance is pleasing and that his training period would be

extended for further 3 months and then later he would be appointed as Permanent

Employee. They were ready to hire Shantanu at any cost. Further they said there will be

an interview as a formality and either of them (Mr.Ravi or Mr.Shyam) shall be there in the

interview. And further added that Shantanu need not worry and can decline

Ms.Sheela‟s offer. For now he should not be worried about the interview, rather

concentrate on his projects. Shantanu declined Ms.Sheela‟s offer.

He waited for the day of interview. During the interview , none of his managers were

present. He was asked out of context questions which were not related to his work and

did not match with his profile of work he was engaged into. However Shantanu

managed to answer few of the questions, assuming that he would be still selected as

promised by his managers.
Later, Mr. Ravi Sharma told him that he couldn‟t perform the interview effectively and

In the above analysis Shantanu..

Although shantanu is a well educated person .In spite of being educated he became trapped by the words of his current manager. Mr Ravi sharma

don't want that Shantanu leaved the job .

In this situation Shantanu should take the prior action to avoid this situation .This is the last thing which is remaining him.
