Shanti Sweet's Stall was placing an order for making cardboard boxes for packing their sweets. Two sizes of boxes were required. The bigger of Dimensions 25cm *20cm *5cm and the smaller of dimensions 15 cm 12 cm 5 cm. For all theoverlaps , 5% of the total surface area is required extra. Surface Area = 2 * (25 * 20  + 25 * 5  + 20*5)

= 2 (500 + 125 + 100)

= 2 * 725

= 1450

smaller of dimensions 15 cm 12 cm 5 cm.

Surface Area = 2 * ( 15*12  + 15*5  + 12*5)

= 2 ( 180 + 75 + 60)

= 2 * 315

= 630

Total Surface Area = 1450 + 630 = 2080 cm²

For all the overlaps , 5% of the total surface area is required extra

= (5/100)2080 = 104 cm²

Surface Area required for one of Bigger + one Smaller = 2080 + 104

= 2184 cm²

cost for 1000 cm²  = 4

cost for 2184 cm²  ( 1 box of Small & Large) = 4 * 2184 /1000

Cost for 250 boxes of Each kind = 250 * 4  * 2184 /1000

= 2184 Rs
