All epithelium tissues have single layer

Shapes - 1) Squamous- flat cells with irregular boundary

2) Cuboidal - Cube like cells with nucleus at the centre.

3) Collumner - Tall and slender with nucleus at its base.

4) Pseudo stratified - Also have single layer but due to its arrangements of cells it looks multi layered, since you have asked about pseudo stratified Collumner then the shape of the cells are tall and slender but lenghth of the cell differs in this type of tissue.

All stratified epithelium have multiple layers of cell.

5) Stratified Collumner have tall Collumner cells on the top layer then oval/round cells in the middle layer and base have cuboidal cells.

6) Stratified Cuboidal cells have cube like cells on the top layer and the remaining structure is same as stratified Collumner tissues.

7) Transitional epithelium comes under stratified epithelium tissues so its multilayered. The upper layer have large rectangular cells then the remaining structure is similar to stratified epithelium tissues.

8) Glandular epithelium can be made up of Collumner or Cuboidal epithelial tissues, then it can be unicellular or multi cellular based on the no. of cells .

Hope my answer clarified your doubt.
