There is a little difference in Shapes and Geometry when we talk these in Chemistry, especially when we deal with the Chemical Bonding.

Now, Shape will vary from the Geometry when there will be lone pairs of the electrons. When there is no lone pair of the Electrons, then there will be no change in Geometry and Shape and both will be same.

Therefore, Let us name the Geometry of each hybridization as given in the question.

sp³d = This Hybridization have 5 sigma bonds. Thus, the Geometry is Trigonal Bipyramidal.

sp³d² = This Hybridization have 6 sigma bonds. Thus, the Geometry is Octahedral.

sp³d³ = This Hybridization have 7 sigma bonds. Thus, the Geometry is Pentagonal Bipyramidal.

Hope it helps .
