1. Speak less and listen more. It's been said that is why we have two ears and one mouth.
2.Make a complete transition from listener to speaker. Do not begin speaking until the other person is finished. This has empowered me to be a more effective and relaxed communicator. The reason being, I spend less time thinking about what I will say next because I am more focused on what the other person is saying.
