Secular is state with no official Religion . For example India is a secular state because we have no particular religion as state religion like Pakistan or Islamic countries. Religion is separated from State affairs and it has no role in administration. Every citizen is free to practice his own religion here and no govt interfere in religious matters with exceptions.
