Sharing a power make a country more powerful and united.give reasons

Yes ,sharing power is very important for any country.Because sharing power divides power in people not only in one hand which would give all equal rights.In this system each power can keep check on each other whereas in monarchail or military power ,power is only in one hand and there is no one to keep watch.
For ex in India power is divided amonst three organs i.e. legislature,executive and judiciary
one makes law one execute and one keep watch that all are following or not and these three organs keep watch on each other.
and in Pakistan it's opposite there the power is only in one hand and also people are unhappy.
