Most of them need powerful jaws and sharp teeth to kill their prey. In most species the teeth are triangular or pointed, with sharp tips and knifelike, jagged edges-a sure sign of a hunter. In a typical shark attack, if the prey is too big to eat in one bite, the shark will clamp its teeth on the victim's body.
