Area of cloth = 170 cm2
Side of Handkerchief = 12.5 cm
Area of square handkerchief = 12.5 x 12.5 = 156.25cm2

She can make a square handkerchief

Hi there!! here is your answer:-

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
We know that,area of a square=side*side=12.5*12.5=156.25cm sq
Area of piece of cloth=170 cm sq
Therefore,she can make the handkerchief and still 13.75 cm sq cloth will be left with her
